I help clients select and organize the appropriate form of business entity; prepare and negotiate stockholder and operating agreements governing the relationship of individual owners to the entity and among themselves; register copyrights and trademarks; develop customer contracts and employment agreements; work with accountants to ensure optimum tax treatment; and assist with a myriad other start-up issues that vary from client to client and across different business sectors.
